Yes, yes, I'm well aware that starting a diet or weight-loss program in the middle of the Holiday Season is a bad idea, but with a little will power, family and friend support, nothing is impossible.
First let's get things started by setting just a few goals for the month of December.
- No Taco Bell; would go with no fast food in general, but really only ever eat at Taco Bell.
- Drink water, no soda. This has and can be done (See the Mountain Dew Challenge)
- Lose at least 5 lbs.
- Try not to over indulge in cakes, cookies, pies, and candy.
So who's ready to lose some weight and get in shape?
